CLASSICAL V BELTS
Also known as Conventional Type V Belts they are used in general engineering and agricultural machinery for driving from light duty rotary pumps to heavy duty crushers. Typical applications include machine tools, textile machines, printing machines, agricultural and horticultural machinery, paper making machines, pumps, mixers, blowers, crushers, fans, generators etc.
WEDGE V BELTS & HIGH CAPACITY NARROW V BELTS
These belts are also known as Space Saver Belts. They are very compact, economical, efficient and can transmit 1.5 to 2 times more power than the Classical V Belt with the same top width. They are used for general application in the engineering industry.
HEXAGONAL V BELTS
These belts are suitable for applications demanding the belt to run in both directions for power transmission. Hexagonal V Belts are used where several pulleys are located in one plane and the direction of rotation of some of the driven pulleys is to be reversed without crossing the belts. These V Belts are generally used in agricultural machinery.
SPECIAL BELTS
Under certain conditions of temperature and humidity a V Belt may generate a significant amount of static electricity. All V Belts we supply have normal fire resistance and anti-static properties in accordance with BS-3790. For extreme cases we can supply FRAS Belts which have special fire resistant and antistatic properties. These belts can be used in an inflammable atmosphere where the fire hazard risk is high.
BANDED BELTS
These belts consist of V Belts joined together across their top surface by a reinforced cover strip (Tie-Band). They are mainly used for problem solving where there are pulsating and severe shock loads, clutching and V-Flat Drives, vertical shafts etc. The use of conventional belts, pulsating and severe shock load could result in belt twisting, whipping, turning over or leaving the groove completely.
CABLE CORD FLAT BELTS
These are endless Construction Belts mainly used in agricultural machinery, such as Harvester Combines where torque requirement is very high.
HARVESTER (VARI-SPEED) BELTS
These belts are an advanced version of Vari-Speed Belts used in Harvester Combines under severe and adverse conditions. Harvester Belts are designed to operate in pulley which are an assembly of moveable parts.
BELTS WITH KEVLAR CORDS
Kevlar Cord Belts can be obtained in Classical V Section, Wedge V Section and Narrow V Section etc. and are available in A, B, C, 3V, 5V, 3L, 4L and 5L sections. Used for lawn mower, garden and light agricultural machinery they are specially designed to withstand reverse idler flexing as well as having a friction less jacket, and are dust and dirt free while running.
COGGED RAW EDGE BELTS
Belts for heavy duty drives used in general industrial and agricultural engineering requiring high power transmission coupled with small pulley diameters and high speeds. These belts are used extensively in automobiles, machine tools, textile machines, printing machines, compressors, crushers, generators etc.
CLASSICAL SECTION V-BELTS
Also known as conventional type v-belts, they are designed for general application in the engineering industry and special drivers such as V-flat drives.

These are endless construction belts used in agricultural machinery such as combine harvesters, and where the torque requirement is very high.
